Charles A. “Chuck” Stewart III Inducted as Fellow of American College of Trial Lawyers

Bradley is pleased to announce that Charles A. “Chuck” Stewart III has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The induction ceremony was held at the Annual Meeting of the College in Chicago.

“Chuck is a respected practitioner with an impressive legal career and is deserving of this honor recognizing his contributions to the practice of law and his high level of professionalism,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Jonathan Skeeters.

Mr. Stewart is a partner in Bradley’s Montgomery office and has more than 35 years of experience with complex trials involving business disputes, product liability, intellectual property, construction, employment, and catastrophic personal injuries in multiple states. He has defended several class actions to defense verdicts, including matters involving antitrust claims, racial steering in the sale of real estate, and group health insurance. Mr. Stewart has also represented clients faced with government investigations and qui tam matters. He regularly defends clients faced with bet-the-company multidistrict litigation.

Founded in 1950, the American College of Trial Lawyers is one of the premier legal associations in North America and is dedicated to improving the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics, and the administration of justice. Fellowship is extended by invitation only and after an extensive process to determine that the individual has mastered the art of advocacy and achieved the highest standards of ethical conduct. Inductees must have a minimum of fifteen years of trial experience for consideration.
