Hanson Bridgett's CDEIO Selected as One of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business

October 8, 2021 (San Francisco, CA) Hanson Bridgett LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm for all of California, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Martinez, the firm's first Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, has been selected by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business for 2021. This achievement marks the third year in a row the firm has had someone in its top leadership ranks selected for the award. Kristina Lawson, the firm's Managing Partner, was recognized in both 2019 and 2020 as one of the Most Influential Women in the Bay Area.

Recipients are evaluated on their influence in their industries as well as in their communities. To qualify for a nomination, these individuals must be based in the counties of San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Alameda, and Contra Costa.

"I am honored to be named one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business and look forward to connecting with this extraordinary cohort of women to share ideas. As a Bay Area native, this award is even more special," Martinez said. "I am eager to continue to work to be a voice for change in my community and in my profession."

Recipients were honored at a virtual awards dinner on October 7 and featured in a special edition of the San Francisco Business Times.
