Lance Boldrey Named a “Top 200 Cannabis Lawyer” in Cannabis Law Report For Second Straight Year

Dykema, a leading national law firm, is proud to announce that Lance Boldrey, Lansing-based Leader of the firm’s Cannabis Law practice, was selected for inclusion in the 2nd edition of the “Top 200 Cannabis Lawyers” list from the Cannabis Law Report. This marks the second consecutive year that Boldrey was selected for this list.
The Global Top 200 selected the list of cannabis legal professionals from jurisdictions around the world. The Cannabis Global 200 is designed to highlight the most experienced cannabis legal experts around the world.
Boldrey represents a wide range of cannabis industry participants, from small retail establishments to large vertically integrated players, to lenders and investors. He specializes in licensing, regulatory matters, and legislative issues, and quarterbacks Dykema’s representation on real estate, corporate and M&A work, and other aspects of serving the needs of this rapidly changing industry. Boldrey has been at the forefront of the development of a licensed and regulated cannabis industry in the State of Michigan.
In addition to his recognition in the Cannabis Law Report from 2020-21, Boldrey was also named a “Trailblazer” for Cannabis Law by The National Law Journal last October and earned the 2018 Pioneer Award by the Marijuana Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Boldrey received a J.D. from Duke University and a B.A., with honors, from James Madison College and the Honors College at Michigan State University.
