Shoosmiths celebrates best Chambers and Partners rankings

Leading UK law firm Shoosmiths is celebrating after receiving their best rankings in the Chambers and Partners 2022 UK Guide.
Researchers from the esteemed legal directory ranked Shoosmiths across 71 practice areas. The firm retained all 18 band 1 practice area positions, while teams, including Corporate / M&A Lower Mid-Market in Yorkshire, Intellectual Property in the Midlands and Real Estate in Northern Ireland broke into eight new practice area tables across the UK.
In addition, three practice areas showcased growth and volume, attracting positive client and market feedback to move up a band, with Banking & Finance (North West) moving into band 2 and the Real Estate teams in both Leeds and Scotland moving into band 3.
The firm has also retained 10 rankings as ‘National Leaders’ outside London with Band 1 recognition in Employment, Information Technology and Real Estate, and individual rankings now stand at 138 - of 104 ranked partners 24 are band 1, with 23 principal associates ranked ‘Associates to Watch’.
