Carey Olsen trusts and private wealth partners recognised in Spear's 500 for 2022

Published on annual basis by wealth, business, culture and lifestyle publication Spear's Magazine, the Spear's 500 identifies the world's top private client advisers, wealth managers, lawyers and service providers for high net worth individuals.
Bernadette, Russell, Siobhan and Keith have each been identified as 'Top Recommended Offshore Experts' within the Tax & Offshore index, with their specialisms covering litigation, offshore services, private client and trusts.
Their recognition in the Spear's 500 is the latest accolade in an extremely successful past 12 months for Carey Olsen's global trusts and private wealth practice. In the past year, the team has been named best offshore law firm at both the 2021 eprivateclient Excellence Awards and WealthBriefing European Awards and maintained its position as the leading offshore law firm in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth rankings, which included Carey Olsen being promoted to a Band 1 firm in Bermuda.
In addition, Keith was recently presented by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) with a 2021 STEP Founder's Award for Outstanding Achievement, while 10 of the global practice were also recognised as experts in the 2021 edition of Who's Who Legal: Private Client.
