Nowinta sells project development in Kempten with Heuking to ehret+klein

A Heuking team led by Dr. Frank Baßler, Partner at the firm’s Stuttgart office, legally advised nowinta Real Estate GmbH on the sale of the “Großes Loch” inner-city site in Kempten to ehret+klein.
Located in the heart of Kempten, the approximately 2,250 square meter site will be used for the construction of a mixed-use building comprising about 5,820 square meters. In addition to 156 residential units, it will hold 21 serviced apartments and one commercial unit.
