Darko Jovanovic Appointed as the New Managing Partner

Karanovic & Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Darko Jovanović as the new Managing Partner. He will take over the leading position from Dragan Karanović, after acting as deputy Managing Partner for the past two years.
With 18 years within the firm, Darko is specialised in infrastructure and energy financing, construction projects and the development of PPPs. He is recognised as a Market Leader by the leading international legal directories.
“Darko regularly handles complex matters for major borrowers, investment funds and international financial institutions, covering all aspects of banking and finance, but internally he is also known for his excellent organizational skills and dedication to client care. We are all driven by the same ambition and as long as we are focused by passion for our clients, and constructive support for our people, we know that the best times are ahead of us”, said Dragan Karanović.

Darko will be assisted and supported by Senior Partner Miloš Vučković while performing Managing Partner duties.
