Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises on sale of the majority of shares in listed TUFF Group AG

A team led by capital markets law expert Dr. Mirko Sickinger, LL.M., Partner at the Cologne office of business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised on the sale of about 95 percent of the shares in TUFF Group AG, Frankfurt am Main. The shares of TUFF Group AG are listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s regulated market. In the course of the entry of the new majority shareholder, TUFF Group AG’s Singapore-based operating subsidiary was also sold to the previous major shareholder upon the approval of the shareholders’ meeting.
