Paul Volodarsky Participates in Logistics Real Estate Asia Summit

On 17 February 2022, Paul Volodarsky (Deputy Head of Regional Real Estate & Construction Practice) was delighted to participate in Global Supply Chain Council (“GSCC”) Logistics Real Estate Asia Summit. Paul joined the panel discussion along with other industry experts. Paul had a chance to discuss legal restrictions and limitations when it comes to implementing innovative solutions in the warehousing sharing economy in the Southeast Asia region. He also discussed the key legal considerations and regulatory restrictions to develop greenfield logistics projects and data centers in the region. Given his longstanding and varied experience in the logistics and real estate development sectors in Southeast Asia, Paul’s expertise and valuable insights were much appreciated by the participants.
