The list recognizes women attorneys for exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.

Ms. Collins represents public entities, private companies, and individuals in a range of real estate, land use, and environmental matters in urban, suburban, and rural contexts. Her primary focus is on infrastructure, especially the water sector.  She serves as General Counsel to Irvine Ranch Water District, West County Wastewater, and Trabuco Canyon Water District, and as special counsel to a variety of other agencies across the state. Collins is active in her community and has held numerous board and committee positions over the years. Currently, she is Vice-Chair of the Public Policy Committee of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers; is on the Board of Trustees for Gamble House Conservancy; is a member of the Association of California Water Agencies’ Legal Affairs Committee; and is on the Executive Committee for the USC Real Estate Law & Business Forum.  She is the former chair of the LA County Bar Association’s Real Property Section.
