On 28 June 2022, Marriott International, Inc. launched three Marriott Bonvoy® China CITIC Bank Co-branded Credit Cards with China CITIC Bank, which are the first Marriott Bonvoy® co-branded credit cards to be issued in China.
Han Kun, acting as the legal advisor to Marriott International, Inc., provided a full array of legal services covering transaction negotiations and legal compliance in connection with the company's partnership with CITIC Bank to issue the Marriott Bonvoy® China CITIC Bank Co-branded Credit Cards.
