Ms. Shu Wang is a principal partner of Han Kun's banking and finance team. She provides full-scope legal services in various kinds of banking and finance deals, including private and corporate banking business, commercial loans, syndicated loans, project financing, trade financing, export credit, debt restructuring, asset-backed securitization, corporate bonds, and other structured products. Known as an aviation finance expert, Ms. Wang has advised a large number of domestic and foreign aircraft leasing companies, commercial banks and domestic airlines in their leasing and financing of aircraft and aviation equipment. Ms. Wang has been consistently honored as a leading lawyer in the fields of banking and finance and aircraft financing by Chambers and Partners, Who's Who Legal, IFLR 1000, The Legal 500, and other authoritative international legal directories.

Ms. Rong Fang’s practice focuses on real estate, infrastructure, REITs, and asset-backed securitization (ABS). She has advised on many domestic and overseas REIT listings, quasi-REITs issuances and pre-REIT transactions, many of which are notable firsts featuring groundbreaking deal structure. Ms. Fang is also an expert in the infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) industries, such as water services, area development, rail transit, highways, hydropower, wind power, and garbage disposal. Ms. Fang also serves as a PPP expert for the Ministry of Finance and was hired by the Asian Development Bank as a legal expert on its domestic PPP policy research projects. She has also been involved with the legislative work of multiple PPP- and franchise-related policies and regulations in China. In addition, Ms. Fang provides general legal services for real estate companies and has participated in projects including land acquisition, project financing, investments, and mergers and acquisitions. She has been repeatedly rated as a leading lawyer in the real estate and construction fields by The Legal 500 and China Law & Practice, and was recognized as a noted practitioner in the field of financial derivatives by Chambers and Partners.

With over 15 years of experience in fund formation and investment management-related areas, Ms. Daisy Qi concentrates her practice on the formation and operation of domestic and international investment funds, including venture capital funds, M&A funds, buy-out funds, funds of funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and other types of investment funds and alternative investment vehicles. She also has substantial experience in representing institutional investors (including insurance companies, funds of funds, public companies, family offices and asset/wealth management firms) in structuring and negotiating their investments in investment funds. Ms. Qi has been deeply involved in and is familiar with internal performance incentive and governance arrangements at the GP/management company level and other arrangements related to sponsored funds. In addition, she has experience in venture capital and private equity financings, M&A related to investment management firms, and general corporate matters.
