On March 21, 2022, Asian Legal Business (ALB) released its 2022 list of the ALB China Top 15 Capital Markets Lawyers. Han Kun partner Yang Chen was named to the list for her exceptional performance.

Ms. Chen specializes in securities offerings, corporate matters, and contracts. She has gained extensive experience in IPOs, stock dividends, and convertible corporate bonds. Ms. Chen has also provided professional services as legal counsel for several listed companies and their subsidiaries, such as formulating internal-control mechanisms, share transfers, incorporation, assets purchase, and liquidation.

Ms. Chen's practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and venture capital and private equity.
