Lawyer's profile: Mr. Chen graduated from Peking University Law School and Harvard Law School. He focuses his practice on cross-border dispute resolution and has extensive experience handling PRC-related commercial disputes on behalf of overseas clients and multinational corporations. Mr. Chen has represented domestic and overseas clients in hundreds of arbitration cases before multiple well-known arbitral institutions such as the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
