Chunyan He

Ms. He focuses her practice on corporate litigation, securities litigation, securities compliance, and the resolution of general civil and commercial disputes. Ms. He has established a solid theoretical foundation in civil and commercial law principles and provides perennial legal advisory services for many financial enterprises. She is especially skilled at handling major and difficult cases and has engaged in several nationwide landmark cases in relevant fields. Ms. He is also devoted to the study of commercial and securities litigation theories. She has contributed to the writing of the ACLA Guideline for Legal Practice concerning Civil Compensation Actions arising from Securities-related Misrepresentation, and has published a number of practice articles in related fields.

Qi Wang

Mr. Wang focuses his practice on non-performing asset disposal and disputes related to finance and asset management. He is skilled at handling difficult and complex commercial litigation and arbitration disputes, covering diverse types of cases involving loan contracts, guarantees and other types of securities, equity transfers, corporate investment and mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, among others. He has advised on dispute resolution matters for many companies, including asset management companies, trust companies, futures companies, and fund companies. In addition, Mr. Wang has extensive experience in insurance dispute resolution. He has represented multiple insurance companies in many litigation and arbitration cases, and has advised on several major and complex property insurance claims, providing legal services throughout the entire dispute resolution process.

Zhao Zhang

Ms. Zhang specializes in PRC and non-PRC capital markets, including domestic and overseas listings and refinancing, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings of listed companies, corporate reorganizations, venture capital and private equity, and corporate compliance matters. She is especially experienced in transactions involving state-owned property rights and mixed-ownership reforms of state-owned enterprises. Ms. Zhang's clients mainly consist of listed companies and well-known and fast-growing enterprises in a wide array of industries, such as new energy, life sciences, military, e-commerce, real estate, mining, and chemical technology. Ms. Zhang assists her clients in capital operations, due diligence, transaction structure planning and negotiation, post-investment management, and general corporate matters.

Kemeng Cai

Mr. Cai's practice focuses on the areas of data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, general corporate compliance matters, and private equity financing and transactions. He is mainly responsible for data privacy compliance structure and system design, data-related transactions, due diligence for data compliance, data compliance support for investment, financing and listing projects, as well as structure design, document drafting and negotiation, etc. for private equity financing and transactions. Mr. Cai provides legal advisory services to many well-known multi-national corporations, top Internet enterprises, and start-ups for data compliance and general corporate compliance matters, covering industries such as traditional Internet, Internet of Vehicles, Internet of Things, unmanned vehicles, artificial intelligence, advertising, healthcare, finance, and credit investigation. Lin Gui

Ms. Gui mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, onshore and overseas listings and public offerings, and general corporate matters. She has represented various international and PRC funds in their complex equity investments and mergers and acquisitions and served many companies to complete their domestic and overseas financing transactions. Ms. Gui assists clients in designing transaction structures, drafting transaction documents, and negotiating and handling PRC law-related issues arising in the transactions. Her practice covers a broad range of industry sectors, including TMT, clean energy, consumer goods retail and human resources, and she is skilled at handling various types of investment and financing transactions.
