Haoxiang Wang

Mr. Wang's major practice areas include PE/VC investment, mergers and acquisitions, and domestic and overseas securities issuances and listings. Mr. Wang has advised many leading investment funds and Chinese enterprises at different development stages on more than two hundred projects, including financings and investments, mergers and acquisitions, stock option incentives, group structure reorganizations, liquidity events, etc. Mr. Wang has assisted well-known private equity funds in acquiring or bidding for major assets or regional businesses in China and other areas. He has been legal counsel to many Chinese companies in their listings in the U.S. or Hong Kong and provided Chinese law compliance support post listing. He has also been significantly involved in the formation of several venture capital funds and their post-investment legal matters, and has advised many companies on a variety of general corporate matters. Mr. Wang has gained broad experience as legal counsel in industries including the Internet, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, new energy vehicles, and semiconductors.

Huajun Wang

Mr. Wang mainly focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, capital markets, and general corporate matters. His clients include well-known venture capital funds and private equity funds, listed companies, state-owned enterprises as well as companies at varying development stages, covering sectors including traditional industry, infrastructure, biomedicine, healthcare services, TMT, consumer goods, education, and logistics. Mr. Wang provides his clients with full-scope legal services, including legal due diligence, transaction structure design, drafting, revising and reviewing transaction documents, business negotiations, and solutions to legal problems arising in the transaction process.

Chi (Robin) Zhang

Mr. Zhang specializes in the areas of foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and corporate compliance. Mr. Zhang has advised multinational companies on their investments, mergers and acquisitions, and daily business operations in China, and has assisted domestic companies in their onshore and offshore investment and financing transactions. Mr. Zhang has represented clients from industries including the Internet, e-commerce, healthcare, education, automotive, logistics, energy, retail, and security. He provides services in relation to foreign direct investment and merger and acquisition transactions, including transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting, revising and negotiating transaction documents, and assisting in transaction closings. In addition, Mr. Zhang provides legal services relating to corporate compliance and data protection. He regularly assists clients in their self-dealing and anti-corruption investigations, and also provides compliance consultations and advice relating to cybersecurity, personal information protection, and other corporate compliance matters.
