Yuxuan Zhang

Mr. Zhang has abundant experience in cross-border and domestic venture capital investment and private equity financing. Furthermore, he advises many companies regarding industrial policies, corporate governance, risk management, and corporate structuring. Mr. Zhang has represented and provided full-scope legal services to well-known companies in many merger, acquisition, and reorganization transactions, and has acted for many foreign and domestic funds and companies in completing various types of private equity financings. Mr. Zhang specializes in providing legal services to clients in consumer products, culture and entertainment, technology, and other relevant industries.

Wanmei Zhao

Ms. Zhao specializes in venture capital and private equity, onshore and offshore capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She has in-depth knowledge of and extensive experience in designing transaction structures, drafting and reviewing legal documents, business negotiations and legal due diligence. Ms. Zhao has represented and provided a wide range of legal services to various large and medium-sized state-owned and private enterprises, listed companies, multinational corporations, private equity funds, start-ups, and fast-growing companies. She has deeply engaged in many projects that involve acquisition of assets and equity interests, investment and financing, share offerings, bond issuances, etc., covering industry sectors such as TMT, hi-tech, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, energy, electronic technology, environmental technology, telecommunications, and the Internet.

Zhihan Zhao

Ms. Zhao focuses her practice on commercial dispute resolution, including financial asset management-related dispute resolution, securities compliance and litigation, and non-contentious and contentious/arbitrational services regarding debt restructuring and bankruptcy. In the field of financial asset management, Ms. Zhao serves as perennial legal counsel to well-known financial institutions and has handled over a hundred cases of various types, involving a total of over 20 billion RMB. In the field of securities compliance and litigation, Ms. Zhao has represented her clients in many administrative penalty hearings and reconsiderations, as well as cases regarding bond default and securities misrepresentation. In the field of debt restructuring and bankruptcy, Ms. Zhao has engaged in many bankruptcy and reorganization projects, and has gained abundant practical experience in non-performing asset disposal and debt restructuring/reorganization projects.
