Han Kun advises Bright Dairy on its private placement of A shares

Recently, Bright Dairy & Food Co., Ltd. ("Bright Dairy", Stock Code: 600597) concluded a private placement of A shares. Registration and custody formalities for the new shares were completed on December 20, 2021, at China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch.
