On November 19, 2021, the award ceremony of the inaugural ALB China Regional Law Awards: The Coastal Areas was held in Guangzhou by Thomson Reuters' Asian Legal Business ("ALB"). Han Kun was awarded Banking & Finance Law Firm of the Year: The Coastal Areas – Non-local, recognizing the firm's exceptional performance in China's coastal regions.
ALB, a leading legal publication under Thomson Reuters, is one of the world's most influential legal media. The prestigious inaugural ALB China Regional Law Awards 2021: The Coastal Areas pays tribute to the outstanding performance of private legal practitioners in the coastal areas of China, which covers 11 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions: Liaoning, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan. The awards are grouped into two categories – Local (practitioners headquartered in the Coastal Areas) and Non-local (practitioners headquartered in other provinces with branches/offices in the Coastal Areas).
