Han Kun partner Eric Liu named by Who's Who Legal to its 2021 ranking of commercial litigators

Recently, Who's Who Legal ("WWL"), an international legal journal, has announced its 2021 list of global outstanding commercial litigators. Han Kun partner Eric Liu was named to the list.
Who's Who Legal ("WWL"), established in 1996, is a journal under the legal media outlet Law Business Research Limited. Through its research, WWL presents awards each year to the most exceptional legal professionals. The WWL list of commercial litigators identifies world-leading litigators from over a thousand law firms across 78 jurisdictions for their standout expertise in the field of dispute resolution.
Mr. Liu started his practice in 1997 and is now a partner of Han Kun Law Offices. Mr. Liu specializes in cross-border arbitration and litigation, especially dispute resolution concerning cross-border transactions and business contracts; he has also testified in multiple foreign arbitrations and litigations as a Chinese law expert. In 2018, Mr. Liu was selected by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC into its talent pool of a thousand lawyers for foreign-related matters. From 2014 to 2016, he was identified by Asialaw Profiles as a "distinguished dispute resolution lawyer in Asia" and a "distinguished lawyer in Asia". From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Liu has been celebrated by Benchmark Litigation as a "dispute resolution star" in the commerce and transaction sector, and was the only lawyer recommended by the Who's Who Adviser Handbook and several other international journals as a "Chinese law expert for dispute resolution" in 2019.
