Han Kun for the fifth time authors the China chapter of The Healthcare Law Review

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research (LBR) recently published its fifth edition of The Healthcare Law Review (2021). Han Kun was invited to author the China chapter of the book for the fifth consecutive year, the firm is the only PRC-headquartered law firm to contribute to the book. Han Kun partners Mr. Min Zhu, Mr. Aaron Zhou and Ms. Li Zhang participated in writing the book. Han Kun counsel Ms. Lynn Wang has also contributed to the writing of the chapter.
The Healthcare Law Review introduces the healthcare regulatory environment in 13 different jurisdictions, with contributions from healthcare practitioners from different countries and jurisdictions who share their first-hand experience with healthcare business operations, including observations in their respective jurisdictions on healthcare economy, primary healthcare service system, the licensing of healthcare providers and professionals, and issues of interest in healthcare business operations.
