Han Kun co-authors the China Chapter of Global Legal Insights - Fintech 2021

Global Legal Insights - Fintech 2021, 3rd Edition (the "Report"), compiled by Global Legal Group, was recently published. Mr. Wan Jun, a partner with the firm and a co-author of the 2020 edition of the Report, was again invited to exclusively contribute the China chapter of the Report. Han Kun lawyers Mr. Li Xun and Ms. Li Ye also contributed to the writing of the chapter.
The Report provides an overview of laws and practices with respect to fintech across different jurisdictions and aims to provide legal practitioners around the world with a global perspective on this issue.
The China chapter comprises seven sections: approaches and developments, fintech offerings in China, regulatory and insurance technology, regulatory bodies, key regulations and regulatory approaches, restrictions, and cross-border business, which aim to provide a detailed introduction to the development and practice of Chinese fintech regulation in the past year.
