Profile: Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Law degree and a bachelor's degree in economics in 2002 from Peking University, and obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law in 2005 from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. Ms. Wang has practiced law for nearly 20 years, and joined Han Kun Law Offices in September 2014. Ms. Wang specializes in overseas listings, private equity investment, and mergers and acquisitions. She has acted as PRC legal adviser for over 40 overseas listings, and has provided long-term legal services for many well-known domestic venture capital funds in respect of their equity investment deals, and has participated in S-fund deals in innovative ways.
