Han Kun partner Ran Lu recognized as a 2021 ALB China Top 15 Rising Lawyer

Asian Legal Business (ALB) recently officially released its list of "2021 ALB China Top 15 Rising Lawyers", recognizing 15 outstanding young lawyers who have the potential to grow into industry leaders in the future. Han Kun partner Ms. Ran Lu was recognized as one of the 15.
Ms. Ran focuses her practice on the establishment and operation of investment funds, asset management, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. Ms. Ran has advised local and overseas clients on a variety of private equity-related transactions, including the formation, management, and operation of various types of fund entities and fund management entities. Her comprehensive legal services include the formation and operation of RMB and USD funds, QFLPs, QDIIs, QDLPs and QDIEs, investment of insurance funds, and management team incentive plans, among others.
ALB developed the list to recognize outstanding young lawyers who have high aspirations, great potential, outstanding performances, and good reputations in mainland China by considering various factors of the candidates, including main achievements, major transactions or cases on which they advised, the content of their work over the past 12 months, key clients, awards, and client and colleague reviews.
