Equistone Partners recently announced its acquisition of Franke Water Systems, a division of Franke Group and a leading European producer and supplier of kitchen and bathroom fittings for the residential, public and commercial sectors.
Han Kun acted as PRC legal counsel to Equistone Partners in the transaction, assisting in matters such as the legal due diligence of Franke Water Systems' PRC entity, reviewing transaction documents, providing legal opinions on certain matters as to PRC law, and closing the transaction.
