Han Kun advises AiHuiShou International Co. Ltd. on its U.S. IPO

Han Kun, as PRC legal counsel to the issuer, has advised AiHuiShou International Co. Ltd. ("ATRenew") on its U.S. initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "RERE".
ATRenew is the largest pre-owned consumer electronics transactions and services platform in China in terms of gross merchandise volume for electronics and number of devices transacted by merchants and consumers. The company's platform primarily consists of three components: AHS Recycle (C2B online and offline offering for the collection of pre-owned consumer electronics), PJT Marketplace (B2B marketplace for trading electronic products and services), and Paipai Marketplace (B2C retail marketplace for pre-owned products of certified quality).
