Han Kun recognized as ALB Employer of Choice for the eighth time

On April 21, Han Kun was recognized as a 2021 ALB Employer of Choice—the eighth time for the firm to receive the honor. ALB developed this list by surveying the opinions of employees of law firms that have offices in mainland China, asking employees to rate their firms in terms of career development prospects, opportunities for promotion to partner, degree of job satisfaction, etc., with a view toward recognizing the law firms that are most competitive in the legal talent market.
The 2021 Employer of Choice survey was launched in December 2020 and received more than 1,000 responses from employees of different law firms during the four-month survey period. The research team ranked the law firms based upon factors including job satisfaction, COVID-19 response systems, salary levels, salary structures and overall wage transparency, training opportunities and career development opportunities, transparency on the path to partnership, teamwork, career development prospects, and internationalization.
