IFLR recently announced its shortlist for the 2021 IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards, recognizing Han Kun in seven categories, including:
■ Regional firm of the year
■ China – Equity capital markets firm of the year
■ China – Corporate firm of the year
■ Equity deal of the year – JD.com IPO and secondary listing
■ Equity deal of the year – KE Holdings IPO
■ Private equity deal of the year – 58.com take-private
■ M&A deal of the year – Bitauto take-private
The IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards recognizes the region's most innovative cross-border deals and the firms that worked on them. The shortlist reflects hard work and ingenuity, and seeks to showcase transactions that broke new ground and set new legal high-water marks in the region. IFLR's Asia-Pacific Awards 2021 will be presented virtually on March 25, 2021.
