Han Kun shortlisted in multiple award categories for The Asian Lawyer's Asia Legal Awards 2022

The Asian Lawyer recently announced the finalists for the Asia Legal Awards 2022. The Asian Lawyer, in association with The American Lawyer, China Law & Practice, and Legal Week, has held the Asia Legal Awards annually since 2014 with the intent to recognize the region's landmark deals, best-performing law firms, and standout partners.
This year, Han Kun has been shortlisted in the following award categories:
■ Securities Firm of the Year
■ Dispute Resolution Firm of the Year
■ Finance Deal of the Year: Insolvency and Restructuring - US$170 billion restructuring of Hong Kong-listed HNA Holdings
■ Securities Deal of the Year: Equity – JD Logistics' US$2 billion Hong Kong listing
■ TMT Deal of the Year – JD Logistics' US$2 billion Hong Kong listing
■ Private Equity Deal of the Year - US$512 million cornerstone investments in Hong Kong's SenseTime
The winners of this year's Asia Legal Awards will be announced on 15th June, 2022 at an awards ceremony hosted in Hong Kong.
