Laixiang (Joseph) LI
Mr. Li has broad experience in cross-border investment and financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures transactions. Mr. Li represents clients from industries including TMT, biomedicine, and education. He regularly represents clients in handling non-profit organization and charity matters, including establishing foundations (or PRC representative offices), setting up charitable trusts, making grants and handling daily compliance issues, etc.

Yipu LI
Ms. Li focuses her practice mainly on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and general corporate matters. She has abundant experience representing issuers or underwriters in Chinese companies’ domestic and overseas M&A deals and public offerings on overseas exchanges. Ms. Li advises clients from industries including financial, consumer Internet, military-civilian integration, biomedicine, etc.

Yimeng LI
Mr. Li focuses his practice on IP litigation and IP-related dispute resolution. He represents clients in IP and competition-related civil lawsuits and administrative litigations in connection with disputes over patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, antitrust, etc. Mr. Li has substantial experience handling complex and difficult intellectual property cases, aiming to providing clients with comprehensive and practical solutions. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Li previously served as an IP Judge in an Intermediate People's Court in Beijing. Based upon his more than 10 years of experience in IP trials, he is familiar with every aspect of trial practice in Chinese courts. When serving as a judge, Mr. Li heard well over 1,200 IP cases at either the trial or the appellate level.

Wei SONG
Ms. Song specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Song has represented a large number of multinational companies and funds in connection with their investment and financing projects, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Song's legal services mainly include: due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, assisting in closing, advising on corporate establishment, corporate daily operation, domestic and overseas investment, etc.

Taoran WANG
Ms. Wang's main practice areas cover venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. In recent years, Ms. Wang has represented a great deal of investment funds and companies in their investment and financing transactions, covering industries including Internet, new energy vehicles, biomedicine, e-commerce, online education, etc. Recently, she has been deeply involved in several domestic and overseas merger and acquisition deals. She has experience advising clients on their U.S. initial public offerings and in their overseas bond issuances.

Li (Leigh) YANG
Ms. Yang practices primarily in the areas of investment fund formation and asset management. Ms. Yang has represented many well-known domestic and foreign asset management institutions and investment firms in the formation of RMB funds and/or USD funds.

Chuqi ZHANG
Ms. Zhang specializes in venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and overseas listing restructurings. Ms. Zhang’s practice covers a variety of industries, including telecommunications, Internet, software, education, culture and entertainment, catering, biotechnology and healthcare. Ms. Zhang has assisted many PRC companies and funds in initial public offerings on domestic and offshore exchanges.
