Han Kun Authors the China Chapter of the First Edition of Chambers Global Practice Guide on Investment Funds (2019)

Recently, the world's leading legal ratings agency Chambers & Partners published its first edition of The Global Practice Guide on Investment Funds (2019) (the "Guide"). Han Kun partner Mr. Evan Zhang Ping was invited by Chambers & Partners to author its China law and practice chapter. Han Kun was the only PRC-headquartered law firm contributor to the China law and practice chapter of this Guide. Han Kun associates Ms. Dai Xining, Ms. Zhang Moxi, Ms. Shi Ce, Ms. Wang Xuanfei, Ms. Wang Yanrong and Ms. Shen Kaiyue also contributed to the writing of this chapter.

This Guide introduces the legal systems for investment fund formation and operation in major countries and regions around the world, with contributions from leading practitioners who share their legal practice experience and perspectives on current developments and trends in investment fund formation and operation in their respective jurisdictions. The main content of the Guide covers fund raising, fund formation, fund operation, and fund related tax matters.
