Han Kun advises Baidu on its $1.5 billion note offering

Han Kun advised Baidu, Inc. on its recent $1.5 billion offshore note offering. Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated were the joint bookrunners for the offering.
Han Kun acted as PRC legal counsel to Baidu in relation to the offering.
