Han Kun welcomes Mr. Haining Song in joining the firm, further enhancing the firm's intellectual property practice
Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Mr. Haining Song has recently joined the firm. Mr. Song has extensive experience in intellectual property, and his addition to the firm will further strengthen Han Kun's intellectual property capabilities. Mr. Song is primarily based in the firm's Beijing office.
Mr. Song specializes in IP litigation. In particular, he has extensive experience in handling patent and trade secret disputes in various technical fields, including telecommunications, semiconductor, computer engineering. He is also adept in IP due diligence in commercial transactions. Mr. Song has represented many renowned multinational companies in multiple large-scale, complicated IP disputes.
Mr. Song received his B.A. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University. He later graduated from Columbia University School of Law with an LL.M. degree and obtained his Ph.D. in Intellectual Property from Peking University School of Law. Mr. Song is a member of the PRC Bar and the PRC Patent Bar.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Song was partner at Fangda Partners and JunHe LLP, and has been recognized as a top patent professional by IAM Patent 1000.
With more than 100 IP professionals, Han Kun has built up a full-scope legal services practice that spans the entire IP lifecycle and assists clients in IP prosecutions, transactions, and litigation.
