Multiple Han Kun-advised deals recognized as "Deals of the Year 2016" by China Business Law Journal

China Business Law Journal recently announced its "Deals of the Year 2016". Four Han Kun-advised deals were recognized as "Deals of the Year 2016".
They are:
■ Alibaba invests in Ucar
■ Meituan-Dianping’s US$3.3 billion fundraising
■ Didi Chuxing M&A with Uber China
■ JD.com and Walmart form partnership
China Business Law Journal's Deals of the Year 2016, as in previous years, were chosen based on comprehensive factors, including the overall significance, complexity and innovative nature of the deals, rather than simply focusing on deal size. China Business Law Journal’s editorial team used their independent judgment to select the deals they felt were the shining stars for the year.
