The Asian Lawyer recently announced the finalists for the Asia Legal Awards 2017. Han Kun was shortlisted in multiple award categories:
1. M&A Firm of the Year
2. TMT Firm of the Year
3. M&A Deal of the Year: North Asia – Didi & Uber China's $35B merger
4. M&A Deal of the Year: North Asia - JD & Walmart's $1.5B partnership
5. M&A Lawyer of the Year – Charles Li
6. Private Client Lawyer of the Year – Han (Antonio) Chen
The Asian Lawyer, in association with The American Lawyer, China Law & Practice and Legal Week, has held the Asia Legal Awards annually since 2014. As Asia's most renowned ceremony for the legal elite, The Asia Legal Awards honor the best work in the region and intend to identify the biggest and most important commercial legal matters that have involved lawyers and parties in Asia. The final winners of this year's Asia Legal Awards will be announced on Wednesday 22 February 2017 in Hong Kong.
