Rocky Jin practices in the areas of banking and finance, PE/VC investment, mergers and acquisitions, and insolvency and restructuring. Mr. Jin has represented leading international banks and other financial institutions in various financing deals, including cross-border finance, syndicated loans, bilateral loans, structured finance, project finance, trade finance, real estate refinance, trust finance, etc. He has worked with clients in the real estate, wind power, nuclear power, oil refining, coal, chemical, and mining industries. Mr. Jin also has extensive experience in commercial bank compliance.

Jun Wan specializes in internet finance, securitization and asset management transactions, structured finance, real property finance, financial institution set-up and investment and PE/VC investment. Mr. Wan represents various international commercial banks and multinational companies in a variety of corporate financing transactions, including structured finance, acquisition finance, real property finance, pre-IPO/privatization financing. Mr. Wan also assists internet finance enterprises in product design, compliance due diligence and restructuring, institutional investment and overseas IPOs. Mr. Wan has also advised securities companies and asset management companies in securitization and asset management transactions. Mr. Wan's main clients include international commercial banks, multinational companies, internet finance enterprises, securities and asset management companies, and startups.

Mr. Jin and Mr. Wan are based in the firm's Shanghai office.

Bing Xue’s practice focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, foreign direct investment and PRC tax advisory services. Mr. Xue has represented and provided legal services to numerous investment funds, multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, start-ups and emerging companies, public companies and research institutions in relation to their various PRC legal matters, covering the high-tech, electronic technology, life science and pharmaceutical, environmental technology, telecommunications, internet, advertising, energy, education, real estate and wealth management industries. Mr. Xue also has solid knowledge of and practice experience with China tax compliance and tax planning-related legal services.

Adrian Lv specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, capital markets transactions, foreign direct investment, offshore investment, real estate development and operations, and general corporate matters. He has provided a wide range of legal services for various large/medium-scale state-owned and private enterprises, listed companies, multinational corporations, private equity funds, etc. Mr. Lv has represented clients to handle many projects in areas such as asset and equity interest acquisitions, investment and financings, share offerings, bond issuances, infrastructure biddings, construction and operations, real property development and management, etc., covering industries such as TMT, finance, hi-tech, energy, electricity, transportation, real estate, construction, retail, apparel, agricultural products, food, chemical, and medical equipment, etc. Mr. Lv has also represented a number of well-known domestic and overseas companies as their long-term outside legal counsel, and has accumulated rich experience in corporate matters.
