Mr. Li Wei joins Han Kun as a partner

Mr. Li Wei has more than a decade of legal experience. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Li worked as a partner with a first-tier domestic law firm. His practice focuses on venture capital and private equity investments, domestic and overseas listings, merger and acquisitions and foreign direct investment. He has participated in the completion of hundreds of PE financing projects, covering a wide range of industries including Internet, telecommunications, advertising, media, healthcare, education, consumer, and traditional manufacturing. Mr. Li has outstanding professional experience and has earned an excellent reputation in the legal industry.
