Shoosmiths strengthens disputes team
LEADING law firm Shoosmiths has strengthened its dispute resolution and litigation group by welcoming a new partner to its Leeds office.
Jonathan Mills joins the firm from Addleshaw Goddard LLP where he worked as a legal director.
Jonathan specialises in finance litigation and acts on behalf of a wide range of banks and finance houses on high value litigation work.
Jonathan’s work includes progressing return of goods claims, breach of contract claims, breach of guarantee claims, breach of warranty claims and title disputes with third parties.
He has a particular specialism in interim delivery up orders which are a form of injunction designed to recover high value goods quickly. Jonathan is also adept at dealing with enforcing awards / judgments both in the UK and overseas.
