Pavel Dejl has become the new managing partner of Kocián Šolc Balaštík

Pavel Dejl has become the new managing partner of Kocián Šolc Balaštík as of 1 August 2022, replacing Petr Kasík as part of the firm’s planned rotation. Together with Jiri Hornik, Petr Kasík remains a member of KSB’s three-member management committee and both will continue to support the managing partner.

In addition to managing the firm, Pavel Dejl will continue to focus on competition and unfair competition law and litigation and arbitration, in which he has long been ranked by international rating agencies such as Chambers and Partners, Who's Who Legal and The Legal 500 (Legalease) as a leading expert in the Czech Republic.
