Six Bradley Attorneys Appointed to Leadership Roles in ABA's Litigation Section

Bradley is pleased to announce that six of the firm’s attorneys have been appointed to leadership roles within the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Litigation Section.
The firm’s attorneys appointed by the ABA Litigation Section are Dylan C. Black, Tiffany J. deGruy, Junaid Odubeko, Robert Emmett Poundstone IV, Anne Marie Seibel and Ethan T. Tidmore.
The ABA’s Litigation Section provides litigators of all practice areas with the resources needed to become successful and experienced advocates. The section provides opportunities for networking and career advancement, and a portfolio of professional and business development products. The appointments became effective during the culmination of thd ABA’s annual meeting held in Chicago from August 3 - 9.

The following six Bradley attorneys were appointed to leadership roles within the ABA Litigation Section for the 2022-2023 bar year:
Anne Marie Seibel, a partner in Bradley’s Birmingham office, was named chair elect of the ABA’s Litigation Section and will assume the role of chair at the 2023 ABA annual meeting to be held in Denver. She focuses her practice on multi-forum or multi-plaintiff, high-stakes litigation and has trial experience in a variety of venues, approaching each matter in efficient and creative ways.
Dylan C. Black, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been appointed as co-chair of the Membership and Marketing Committee. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, with particular emphasis on class actions, state and federal securities fraud cases, professional liability matters and insurance coverage litigation.
Tiffany J. deGruy, also a partner in Bradley’s Birmingham office, has been reappointed as co-chair of the Women Advocate Committee. She focuses her practice on trying high-stakes business and commercial litigation for clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare and e-commerce.
A partner in the firm’s Nashville office, Junaid Odubeko has been appointed co-chair of the Privacy & Data Security Committee. His practice is focused on advising and representing clients in complex commercial and business disputes and real estate litigation.
Robert Emmett Poundstone IV, managing partner of Bradley’s Montgomery office, has been appointed co-chair of the ABA Resource Committee. He frequently represents clients in litigation matters pending in federal and state trial and appellate courts.
A partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, Ethan T. Tidmore has been reappointed co-chair of the Trial Evidence Committee. He represents businesses and individuals on both the plaintiff and defense sides in a broad range of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts.
