China Business Law Journal recognizes Han Kun as the top PRC legal advisor for HKEX listings

Recently, China Business Law Journal, a renowned legal directory, released its rankings of top capital market law firms and representative IPO projects based on Dealogic statistics between May 1, 2021, and April 30, 2022. Han Kun was recognized in the following rankings, owing to the firm's remarkable capital market services.

In addition, three listing projects handled by Han Kun were selected as either "Top 10 Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listings" or "Top 10 SSE – Star Market Listings": JD Logistics' Hong Kong listing, Li Auto's dual listing in Hong Kong, and Daqo New Energy's Star Market listing.
Moreover, according to Ryanben Capital's statistics, Han Kun has served as legal counsel to seven (26.9%) of the 26 China concept stock companies that have so far migrated to Hong Kong for a secondary listing, topping the ranking of PRC legal advisors for China concept stock companies' secondary listings in Hong Kong.
