September, 2022 - Birmingham, Alabama

Bradley is pleased to announce that Tripp Haston, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and chair of Bradley’s Life Sciences Litigation team, has been named to the 2023 edition of the Who’s Who Legal (WWL) Thought Leaders Global Elite: Product Liability Defense guide.

“We congratulate Tripp on the prestigious honor of being recognized by Who’s Who Legal as one of the world’s top product liability attorneys,” said Bradley Birmingham Office Managing Partner Dawn Helms Sharff. “We are very proud of Tripp and our entire Product Liability team who continue to earn accolades from clients and peers as leaders in this space.”

Mr. Haston represents a broad spectrum of clients on regional, national and international engagements. As co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, he has served as national trial and coordinating counsel and as a national team member in individual actions, as well as in mass tort and multidistrict litigation. Mr. Haston has handled matters throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and South America. He also is active in the leadership of several legal and civil justice organizations. He has served as president of the International Association of Defense Counsel, a board member of DRI and Lawyers for Civil Justice, chair of the Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum, and president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association.

Bradley’s acclaimed Litigation team has more than 270 litigators – comprising nearly half the firm – who represent clients in a variety of industries and jurisdictions throughout the state and federal court systems. Their representations involve litigation matters in nearly every substantive area of law concerning business clients.

Now in its sixth edition, the Thought Leaders Global Elite guide highlights the insight, experience and wisdom of the foremost lawyers among all of those recognized by WWL, which is published by London-based Law Business Research. The lawyers profiled in this guide are those who go above and beyond to deliver to their clients, often advising on cutting edge legal matters and creating new precedents as they go. WWL uses the recommendations of clients and private practitioners to single out leading attorneys in a wide range of practice areas around the world. The guides are produced as attorney reference resources for in-house counsel, government, agency and other legal practitioners. Only lawyers who receive the highest number of recommendations from peers and clients as determined through independent research are listed in the publications.
