Han Kun welcomes Mr. Harry Xia in rejoining the firm, further boosting the firm's overall capabilities

Han Kun is pleased to announce that Mr. Harry Xia has recently rejoined the firm. He has extensive experience in areas such as private equity and venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, FDI and outbound investment, compliance, fund formation, and offshore IPOs. Mr. Xia will be primarily based in Han Kun's Shenzhen office.
Mr. Xia has advised dozens of reputable RMB and USD funds on their investment, financing, and fund formation transactions. He has advised many business groups and listed companies in connection with their domestic and outbound investment and merger and acquisition transactions, and many start-up companies in their domestic and outbound restructurings, employee equity incentive plans, private equity financings, project financings, IPOs, compliance, and general legal matters.
Mr. Xia represents clients across a wide array of industries such as TMT, medical, artificial intelligence, semiconductor, real estate, property management, consumer, agriculture, logistics, etc. He has extensive legal service experience in digital economy industries, such as blockchain, cloud computing, Web3.0 and metaverse.
Mr. Xia received his LL.B. and B.A. degrees from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He later graduated with LL.M. degrees from China University of Political Science and Law and from Hamburg University. Mr. Xia is a member of the PRC Bar. He has been recognized among LEGALBAND's Top Ranked Lawyers in Private Equity and Venture Capital in 2022.
