Han Kun for the sixthtime authors the China chapter of The Healthcare Law Review

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research (LBR) recently published its sixth edition of The Healthcare Law Review (2022). Han Kun was invited to author the China chapter of the book for the sixth consecutive year, the firm is the only PRC-headquartered law firm to contribute to the book. Han Kun lawyers Mr. Min Zhu, Mr. Aaron Zhou, Mr. Aaron Gu and Ms. Li Zhang participated in writing the book.
The Healthcare Law Review introduces the healthcare regulatory environment in 17 different jurisdictions, with contributions from healthcare practitioners from different countries and jurisdictions who share their first-hand experience with healthcare business operations, including observations in their respective jurisdictions on healthcare economy, primary healthcare service system, the licensing of healthcare providers and professionals, and issues of interest in healthcare business operations.
