Han Kun Invited to Write the International Comparative Legal Guides: Private Equity 2022 – PRC Part

Recently, the well-known periodical International Comparative Legal Guides published the International Comparative Legal Guides: Private Equity 2022. Partner Charles Wu of Han Kun's associated law firm in Hong Kong and Han Kun counsel Hanpeng Hu in Shanghai were exclusively invited to write the PRC part.
In the PRC part, through a Q&A format, the two authors generally introduced private equity transactions in the PRC by detailing common structure, significant factors to consider, and special features as compared to other jurisdictions. They also addressed in detail key issues, including structuring, governance, transaction terms, tax, financing and other points, from a legal perspective. The authors leveraged Han Kun's expertise and extensive experience in private equity to provide practical insights for global in-house legal counsels and legal practitioners to complete cross border private equity transactions in the PRC.
