Han Kun for the sixth time authors the China Chapter of The Initial Public Offerings Law Review

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research recently published its sixth edition of The Initial Public Offerings Law Review (2022). Han Kun partners Ms. Chen Yang and Ms. Zhang Zhao authored the China chapter. Han Kun was the only PRC-headquartered law firm to contribute to the book.
The Initial Public Offerings Law Review introduces the IPO regulatory environment in 18 different jurisdictions, with contributions from IPO practitioners from different countries and jurisdictions who share their first-hand experience with IPO transactions, including their observations on IPO procedures, regulatory and transaction requirements and issues of interest during the IPO process in their respective jurisdictions.
