Han Kun shortlisted in 10 categories for ALB's inaugural China Regional Law Awards 2022: South China & Central China

On Oct. 24, 2022, Asian Legal Business (ALB) announced the finalists for its ALB China Regional Law Awards 2022: South China & Central China. Some of these awards are open to "local" law firms headquartered in the South China & Central China region, which spans Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Henan, Hubei, and Hunan, and "non-local" law firms headquartered in other regions which have branches or offices there. Han Kun has been nominated in the following 10 award categories, owing to the firm's outstanding practices in the region.

■ M&A Deal of the Year: South China & Central China – Tencent Music Entertainment Group's RMB2.7 billion acquisition of Lazy Audio
■ Young Lawyer of the Year: South China & Central China - Non-local – Adrian LV
■ Woman Lawyer of the Year: South China & Central China – Non Local – Vivian He

These prestigious awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams across the South China & Central China region, which covers six provinces and one autonomous region. They aim to recognize those exceptional accomplishments and efforts as a spur for more legal teams and practitioners to pursue and contribute professional excellence. This year's winners will be unveiled at a gala ceremony held on Nov. 18, 2022, in Guangzhou.
