Carey Olsen senior associate Kirsty McGeough is called to the Guernsey Bar

Kirsty is part of the firm's trusts and private wealth practice and advises on a range of fiduciary and trusts law as well as private wealth matters. She is particularly experienced in the laws of trusts, inheritance and estate planning and regularly counsels professional and private trustees, high net worth individuals and families.

Kirsty was first admitted as a solicitor in Scotland in 2016 after achieving her degree at the University of Edinburgh and completing her two-year legal traineeship. She joined Carey Olsen in 2020 from a leading private client law firm based in Edinburgh where she trained and worked post-qualification in the trusts, tax and succession team.
