Eason Huang joined the firm in 2020 and specialises in fund formation as well as advising on investments in both private equity and hedge funds. He has worked in the funds industry in Hong Kong for more than eight years and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Yi Yang, has a wide range of experience in cross-border commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, derivative actions, contentious insolvency and appraisal actions involving offshore companies.
