DFDL Team Provides Referrals Training for Bangkok Team

On 1 December 2022, DFDL Thailand welcomed Martin Desautels (Senior Partner) and Shahwar Nizam (Partner; Managing Director, Bangladesh) to the Bangkok office for a training session on DFDL’s Law Firm Referrals Program. Together with Maricar Altonaga (Regional Marketing Director), who joined remotely, the presenters gave an insightful presentation on the core business background of DFDL and how the firm has developed strong relationships with partner law firms across the world. The team highlighted the importance of relationship building, enhancing the firm’s performance, and the guiding principles for managing relationships with clients. The three experts shared informative analytics on DFDL Thailand’s performance on law firm referrals as well as the current market situation. The training concluded with advice on the best practices for sharing and tracking law firm referrals.
A focus group session the next day, 2 December 2022, brought together DFDL Thailand legal team members who received a coaching session from Shahwar on how to build client relationships and establish and expand a network of contacts and referrals.
